This is a knock-off of the classic Campagnolo road "quill" design. Aluminum body, CrMo spindle. Some people find the protruding "quill" at the outside edge uncomfortable.
Bought these for the 80's Pedal Look. They come undergreased and bearing cones too tight. Put some more grease on the bearings and tighten the cone nut correctly and the petals are as good as they "can" be.
