Nitto Moustache Handlebar These were specially designed for the cult classic Bridgestone "XO" series bikes. You'll want a taller stem with a shorter extension than you'd use with conventional drop bars. Available to fit ISO standard stems (1"/25.4 mm) or Italian 26.0mm stem clamp. The bar is 15/16"/23.8 mm diameter to fit drop-bar type brake levers. Most people use these with handlebar end shifters.

Comments: Tired of looking at the ground? Get a riser quill and a moustache bar and see the world. I've been maintaining, upgrading and riding my Raleigh for many years - 35. When it isn't on the road, it's on a turbotrainer. Found myself constantly moving on the drop bars hunting for an elusive comfortable spot. Decided it was time for a change. You're going to need a tall stem. I went for a Nitto Tecnomic 225mm tall, and 70mm forward length . I'm all limbs - 25" frame and my seat is extended to 200mm above the top tube. 190mm of stem put the bar at seat height, and I love it here. I like the looks of the Tecnomic quill better than the Dirt Drop - you might like the other. The bar looks cool with my Zeus brakes turned sideways and a leather wrap. From the first time I sat on the bike to work out brake position, I giggled - I love the feel of this bar and this riding position. It also looks fantastic. Turn your goose into a swan.
