The ‘Devon’ Rear Travel Panniers are made from water-resistant cotton canvas with fine leather trimmings, and have an impressive attention to detail, for example the zips that allow them to open like a small suitcase. The bag is easily attached to the rear rack using the Arkel ‘Cam-Lock’ hook system.
