The fenders require much fussing around to fit because of the black plastic caps on each stay.
Stays have to be trimmed close to the right size before assembling. Most mysterious - the nuts that hold the stays in place are only threaded half way through making them quite difficult to get started.
All that said, the fenders are sturdy, look good and have great coverage
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend this to a friend
Required some trimming at end of rear fender so it would fit between chainstays at the bridge. I traced the ESGE that was mounted previously. Sawing plastic is no big deal. There was no clip for a chainstay bridge with no hole. Re-use a clip or use zip ties. These are just the thing for staying dry and looking good. If you think fenders look good.
