Bad news: This cassette was designed to be used with Shimano Shadow rear derailleurs. But the Shadow series has a high-tech, 'Transformer' look to it - not fitting for a classic touring/road bike.
Good news! You can use a more traditional looking Deore rear derailleur by replacing the B tension screw with a 4mm x 20mm allen head screw (See Related Items).
