If you suffer from shoulder or upper body problems, this bar is for you. After four shoulder dislocations and surgeries, this bar gives you real relief due to the ability to change into so many different positions. I added areobars and I have found heaven. It will take a lot of adjusting to get it to wear you want it and bar tape is a must.
