NOTE: These tires are 3mm wider than the standard 26x1-3/8 37-590 tires.
They might rub against some brakes and fenders. Make sure you have enough clearance!
Tan skinwall street tire. This is a super quality tire, and is a great cosmetic match for older English 3-speeds.
This is arguably the finest tire ever made to fit this rim size.
38.5 mm width is wider than most for a cushy, sure-footed ride. Made in Japan!

I thought I was going to have to convert to 650B to get a 40mm tire. This tire is worth the extra cost over the standard 37mm for that reason alone. These tires offer a smooth ride and good cornering. I put a set of these on my late 60's road bike and on my wife's early 70's 10-speed. She's happy with the cushier ride. They're a bit tough to install but no more so than any other 650A tires I've installed. There were no clearance issues with either bike.

These tires ride smooth as silk. Night and day difference from the crumby Kendas. I didn't realize when I ordered them that they were so wide though - they look a bit like baloon tires.
