A plastic hose clamp with a short section of handlebar-diameter cylinder attached. Allows any item that one would normally clamp onto a handlebar to be clamped onto the NOB. The NOB can be attached to any round or oval tube, such as a fork blade. Useful for mounting headlights on the fork blade to get a lower light pattern. This gives better surface definition of road irregularities.
