Comments:

I ride Schwalbe Marathons every day on a 13 mile round trip commute. My route is mostly sidewalks. The tires have born up well under 3+ years of heavy riding. Have had a typical number of flats. Tires are now showing wear at the bead from changing tubes. Very surprised at other review. One of us got an anomaly.

Marathon Premature Sidewall Cracking

        Comments:

        The sidewalls cracked in less than one season of daily riding, probably due to UV exposure even though the bike is parked at work in an area that only gets a few hours of sun a day. The bike is otherwise stored inside. I don't think these tires offer very good value.
