Shimano 26x1.75/559 7-speed Nexus Internal Gear/Coaster Brake Wheelset with Weinmann Rims
Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal gear hub, with built in coaster (back-pedal) brake laced into aluminum 26" (559 mm) rims 36 stainless steel spokes.
These wheelsets make an excellent upgrade for a singlespeed cruiser.
Includes:
-Twist shifter.
-Complete parts kit with 19t cog.
-Black & grey anti-rotation washers.
-Rims are drilled for Schrader valve.

-Weinmann AS7X single wall aluminum
-Width: 30mm
130 mm rear axle spacing may require spreading the frame of older model bikes.

I bought these wheels in 2008 to make my 1964 Schwinn Typhoon more fun to ride here in Albuquerque. I had to stretch the rear triangle to fit the larger hub. It was no big deal. I ran the cable from the bar mount shifter through the frame to keep the vintage look. I'm looking for a Schwinn Breeze to give as a gift and plan on buying a set of these wheels to put on the bike. I'll be back to review those after I buy them. The ones I bought five years ago are great. I need new tires though.

These are a great price for a good wheelset, but the spokes are of variable quality. I've bought this set twice now. The first one I had no complaints. The second time the spokes rusted out and broke within one year. Other than that, no complaints.
