Tube 700x20/25 27x1 to 1-1/8
Inner Tube, 622-630 mm x 20 mm thru 25 mm width.
(These tubes might be marked 18 to 23mm)
The 20-25mm tube size fits 622 mm rims wit 700c x 20-25mm tires as well as 630 mm rims with 27" x 1-1/8" or narrower tires.
Since tubes are stretchy, they do not need to exactly match the size of the tire.
Make sure you specify valve type:
Schrader valves are the same as used on automobiles.
Presta or "French" valves are narrower, require a different pump head.
Presta XL with extra long (48mm) valve for aero rims.

I kept the tires inflated a 100 lbs. After two months both tubes developed a separation at the seem where the presta valve is attached and in the same week. I checked the rim tape. Next time I'll deflate the tubes every day and see if they last longer.
