Allow 7 to 10 days for completion.

Custom built wheels are not returnable.

Payment is taken just prior to the build process.

Once the build is started, it is too late to cancel the order.

We use DT 2.0/1.8 double-butted spokes on most builds.

Some very unique wheelbuilds with non-traditional components will be charged a higher labor rate than those listed above. Customers will be contacted before we proceed.

Jim daSilva is the former owner/operator of Laughing Alley Bicycle Shop in Allston, MA.

Jim is a highly respected wheelbuilder/mechanic. He has been a member of the Boston area cycling community for many years.
